The location was central to everything we needed. We stayed here due to other accommodations falling through. It was a blessing! The hospital was approximately 7 minutes away and there were restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious and the beds were soooo comfy that we slept like babies. Very clean! Breakfast was yummy as well. We will definitely return for another visit!

It was a gorgeous room, the complementary breakfast was top notch with many many options one of the best complementary breakfasts at a hotel!! There was an issue when checking in some confusion with the site I booked on and because my trip had been postponed due to flight being cancelled. Staff was excellent and upgraded our room for the delay even though it was NOT an issue that was caused by the hotel!! I will stay here every time I come to New Orleans now!!

The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice. The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.

Every time I stay it's for work (traveling medical staff). The overnight concierge is sooooo thorough when directing me to my room and where to park. He's always happy to see visiting customers and is very very polite. With several other hotels around Copeland Tower....I choose this one for him. He's very warm and welcoming. The rooms are ALWAYS comfortable and showers hitha spot. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, this is the place to be.

The breakfast was yummy with a good amount of options. We easily found a place to park our car in the garage. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet which gave us a pleasant nights sleep. The check in was quick and I would stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Breakfast was good.. had a variety of foods to choose from and the 2 attendants were very nice, friendly and helpful!! I'm sorry that I forgot to ask their names

Stayed there for my 6 month follow test at East Jefferson Hospital . We only stayed 1 night . I love its location , Staff were friendly and helpful , room was clean and beds are comfortable. Love the grits , sausage and coffee during breakfast. Will mostly be back next time I have to go back to Metairie for my Check up / follow up tests .
